Social Sampling, Inc.  ·  Effective Date: June 9, 2026  ·  Last Updated: June 9, 2026

Social Sampling, Inc. ("Social Sampling," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit www.socialsampling.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. It applies to visitors located in the United States and Canada.

Social Sampling provides field marketing and brand-ambassador services to its clients. This Site is informational and is intended for prospective clients, business partners, and members of the public. It is not directed to children.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you use our "Contact Us" page to send us a message, we collect the information you choose to give us, which typically includes:

  • Your name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your phone number and company name, if you provide them; and
  • The contents of your message and any information you include in it.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information) through the contact form. The form is intended for general business inquiries.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through server logs and similar technologies, including your IP address, approximate location derived from that address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, referring website addresses, and the dates and times of your visits.

2. Cookies and Analytics

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies allow the Site to function and remain secure. We may also use analytics services to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

We may use third-party analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics). These providers may set their own cookies and process usage data on our behalf. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain analytics collection using tools the provider makes available.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use the personal information described above for the following purposes:

Purpose Description
Respond to inquiries To receive, review, and reply to messages you send through the Contact Us page.
Provide information To send you information about our services that you request.
Operate and secure the Site To host, maintain, monitor, and protect the Site against fraud and misuse.
Improve the Site To analyze usage trends and improve content, performance, and user experience.
Comply with law To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations and to enforce our terms.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us — such as website hosting, contact-form processing, and analytics — and that are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Social Sampling, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

No sale or sharing for advertising. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require an option to limit such use.

5. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Statement — for example, to respond to and follow up on your inquiry — and thereafter as required to meet legal, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. How We Protect Information

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
